I’ve dealt with Marilyn since moving into the flat, and since day 1 she has been nothing but nice and helpful. Always quick to respond, things get fixed asap, loads of understanding from her side and after 1,5 years I’ve had no issues with Marilyn and StayEasy. Nothing like dealing with other lettings agents in London, overall a pleasure. Will 10/10 recommend!

Do not rent from these people - this is a cowboy agency. Just some of pleasures I had by renting with them:

- Massively inflated rent for a property infested with black mould, filled with dodgy furniture, with a completely blocked up plumbing system and a filthy oven
- Very slow to resolve issues and often didn't properly deal with them at all. Sometimes blaming tenants for issues that the agency themselves were responsible for (ie filthy oven when we moved in)
- Often made intrusive visits to the property, once harassing me when I was using the bathroom because they wanted to clean it in advance of a viewing
- Constantly demanding to know who was in the property at what times.
- Refusing to give me back my full deposit for no rational reason. Only after I had made several threats of legal action did they release it.

I have no idea why there are so many positive reviews - I can only think that they are writing them themselves. The other 3 tenants I was renting with (who had separate rental agreements) also have an extremely low opinion of this agency.

Please, for your own sanity, find an alternative agency or landlord.

My partner and I booked a beautiful room from abroad paying the holding deposit.
Day before flight, things slightly changed after prime minister speech which stressed that people who could work from home should have kept doing so. We decided to remain in Italy , smart working. We were sure to have lost our money.
Instead, they have been so friendly, professional and really really kind to refund the holding deposit after having considered our circumstances.
Surely , will contact them when coming back to rent a lovely place!
Highly recommend them, their rooms are gorgeous and clean and their staff is trustworthy and very responsive!

Riccardo is always avaiable for every needs or question I have, and the price he's provide me is incredible compare to my previous rent, even if the room (and house) where I'm now is so much better than before! Great experience with StayEasy, communication at times can sometimes take a little while and replies aren’t the greatest always. However, always resolved issues in the end and were amazing following our departure and returning our deposit. I would definitely recommend StayEasy for people looking to rent in London.
