Perfect setting for a mall themed horror movie. Had some time to kill so I went here with my kids thinking we would walk around a mall and have some fun. What we found was a building that looked abandon from the outside. Inside was no better. Pretty much the only stores open were a few hair salons and barber shops and 2 or 3 clothing stores. 75% of the mall were empty store fronts in various levels of disarray. The bathrooms on the main floor were cordoned off by caution tape and the bathroom upstairs smelled like it had plumbing issues. Only one toilet was acceptable for human use. There were roaches (both dead and alive), as well as a water fountain that was leaking brown water. I pray the people who were in there eating at the so-called food court don’t get food poisoning. The sound of the doll from Saw laughing as we were headed towards the exit and the angry looking mannequins in one of the store windows didn’t help the horror movie feel Definitely do not recommend this for anybody other than Blumhouse films.

I was born in Columbia and my mom used to take my siblings and I here from 2004-2012 and it used to be the spot! I just went there today after many years of being away and it’s so sad now. It really gives abandoned backroom core. I couldn’t help but think of the memories I spent here as well as the abandoned movie theater down the street. However, there’s a lot of opportunity for filming and photography here because of its old school vibes. Someone should definitely use it for a 70s or 80s movie.

Was only here to catch an early morning bus but the bus stop was clean and ready. My bus arrived on time and I was off to work.

As of today (6/30/23) I was here again to catch a bus and take some early morning pictures.

Now I do hear there is a new restaurant called "Just A Touch" inside the mall. I hear it's delicious and can't wait to try it.

Older mall the locals mostly avoid. This mall is definitely going through the end of its life. It still has some very nice doors inside including New York gold and diamonds which offers some wonderful quality at great prices, the majority of retailers are either gone or in the process of exiting. While you may hear stories about the this location being unsafe or having issues, I can tell you that is not what the locals say. The locals still visit the small and it stores because they have a loyal following. You see a mix of people here and no one is watching over their back. There is plenty of lighting and security to avoid any kind of issues while you visit. Don't pass this location by if you have a few moments stop by and check out the stores that remain. Visit New York gold and diamonds and buy yourself a nice new watch then go enjoy a coffee in the food court. It will help to support local small business and keep the mall alive.

There was a roach in my food I was very disappointed because I used to go to this mall as a kid and there was a damn roach in my food. I don’t appreciate that so I would not go if I was you it was at the. Fried rice Place So just please Careful coming to this mall

The mall is officially dead mall status. I was shocked to see how few shops remain. The management doesn't even bother to turn the AC on which makes it very uncomfortable to walk around. Outside of spotty lighting, at least the interior is still in good shape with no obvious water leaks and tile damage. Perhaps the counties investment in the place will spark more retail interest in it.

Only 4 name brand places left in here. Journeys, Auntie Anne's, Macy's, and Bath and Body Works. There are only 3 places in the food court open with so many empty stores throughout the mall. Kinda eerie and interesting to walk around when it's in this state.

The pictures are very outdated, this mall has next to nothing in it now. There were 3 food court businesses, and only 2 were open. The whole lower level is nearly empty, only had 5 or 6 business actually operating that I saw. The escalator going down wasn't working, and the upper level felt like the cool air wasn't working and it was uncomfortably hot. It looked like Macy's was the only large store available. It's so sad to see malls across the country shutting down like this
