Minus 5 stars, the most Awful London Scammers made in Italy, which are connected with UkLondonFlats and another big one which ending with club, another association named the Room Club, formed from other Italians alike them, raising the prices as they wanted, expensive prices, no service, the house left without any fire and safety regulations devices, the smoke alarms old as the building, disgusting and fake human beings, lied all the time longer, you are in your own, stolen almost all my deposit without receipt it won’t be worth to send them on court, because to much expensive and no time to met their fake faces again, the deposit protection is choose from them; my deposits.co.uk the other scammers, no inventory, pages and pages of a long contract, they don’t mention that you must pay the electric, about 30£ per month, there is also a violent Nigerian who stays all the time in the flat, as a kind of guard, he’s never wrong, narcissist, negative, I named him the evil father of the antisocial behaviors, 2 years of continued bullying and violences, if you call them they are discharging you to call the police, as other problems, as water leaks and electricity faults, they are private but in a council
building, they give you the number to call council or other numbers, discharging any faults to you tenant, any issues it’s always the negligence of the tenants even if you are not in the flat.

Have their service only if you think your money grow on trees. They will at first provide you a dirty place to live and then will have the audacity to never ever return full of your deposit. Litterio and david are profesional robbers . With the help of Room Club agency (Miche***) , they will rip you off!

Pleas avoid these scammers…
My best advice is stay away from them.
If u rent a room with them… ask for single receipt from the bills… I paid all the bills and they didn’t pay and i got a letter from court to pay for it even if I paid all the bills. I’m looking to see u soon Lillo Fc* thief.

Don't recommend. £80 pounds off my deposit just for a little bit of dust left behind cupboard?And a light bulb which was not working BEFORE we entered the house. Just ridiculous.
