I had an excellent shopping experience at Dillard’s in Broward Mall, Plantation. I needed an outfit for a beach wedding in Key West this weekend, so I decided to stop by Dillard’s while I was at Broward Mall. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the store’s layout and the variety of high-quality clothing and accessories available.

I ended up finding exactly what I needed: a nice pair of linen pants and a matching shirt, perfect for the beach setting. The quality of the fabric was excellent, and the fit was just right. What made the experience even better was finding a really fun pair of sandals that added the perfect touch to my outfit.

The staff at Dillard’s were incredibly helpful and attentive. They guided me to the sections I needed and offered great suggestions without being pushy. The fitting rooms were clean and well-maintained, making it easy to try on multiple items without hassle.

Overall, my shopping trip was a breeze, thanks to the organized layout of the store and the excellent customer service. I highly recommend Dillard’s at Broward Mall for anyone looking for stylish and quality clothing. Whether you’re shopping for a special occasion or just updating your wardrobe, you’ll find what you need and enjoy the experience. Five stars all the way!

Neva in Hand Bags is the best! I saw a Kurt Geiger Clutch online. Unfortunately you could not call due to how busy the stores were 4 days before Christmas. Darling Neva calls all the sales people on their cellphones to locate the bag. This is why I exclusively shop at Dillard's! The sales staff in Cremuiex and Handbags and Men's shoes are top notch. They always seem to be more knowledgeable then competing department stores. Unfortunately Neva could not locate the bag. But her efforts are so greatly appreciated. Truly above and beyond the call of duty.

Today my husband and I have the best experience at this location. Greig in the men’s big and tall section was absolutely amazing. He has the best customer service I have ever experienced at this location. However, one of his managers made us felt very uncomfortable the way she treated Greg while he was delivering excellent customer service to us, that manager should be retrained. I hope that the store manager or district manager of Dillards takes the time to appreciate this associate. He was very knowledgeable about the type of Suits you all custom make. Also, even though the section was extremely busy at the time he did try to give each and every customer his full attention. He truly went over and beyond with outfitting my Husband.

I love Dillard’s. I had never lived near Dillards until recently. They are not understaffed like Macys. You can usually quickly find someone to ask questions about merchandise and they are pleasant and helpful. They have some upscale brands like Ralph Lauren Polo, and Psycho Bunny.. The stores are well kept and nicely decorated.

Sales associate and sales manager of Ralph Lauren are insanely rude, would not process a return even with the tags and original receipt and they were also very racist towards a non American speaking person. I live in Oregón and there is no Dillard’s store there , every time I come to south Florida I come to this store , amazing variety of cloths and jewelry!! Clean and amazon staffs.
