Floor & Decor: great place for flooring, remodeling, etc. Great service, with very knowledgeable and helpful staff.

This shopping center has several places to visit. It has many food places. Chuck E. Cheese, Sushi 909, and a Mexican restaurant. It also has a boba place and Korean BBQ. They also have a bargain store, a smoke shop, and a Napa auto parts. A huge beauty supple is there also. The beauty supply is a wig place as well. They have very reasonable prices. You can also visit Edible Arrangements and Waba Grill. This shopping center is moderately busy at times.

Nice and refreshing. This was our 1st time here, the drinks were pretty good, more of a tea flavor over all. Love the popping Boba. Some of them have a milky flavor. We really enjoyed the customer service. Very kind and pleasant worker.

Plenty of parking spaces and a variety of shops. Clean and not a lot of foot traffic!

This is Kabob house, prices and serving size don't match. We bought a platter of $25 it dint look like $25 because usually at this price two avg people can eat halal platter of kabob at other places, but at this place only one of us could eat. So they should increase portion according to what customer is paying.

First time here with friends. Food was a little overrated but willing to try the rest of the menu. We will be returning as soon as the weather changes.
Don't get me wrong, I would strongly recommend, but they are below par when compared to places in downtown LA that offer the same cuisine.
