Livingston Mall is such a relic and one of the original malls in New Jersey, though most of the stores have closed up and moved on due to an increase in the renting of space. I am positively optimistic about the future of Livingston Mall moving forward in 2025. With stores such as Hidden Treasure and Barnes and Nobles still holding on, hopefully, this encourages other brick and mortars stores to stay put. Hopefully, other stores will come back and fill Livingston Mall once again. The ride out to Livingston Mall is still exciting as it was yesterday what I also like about Livingston Mall it allows the guests to walk with ease instead of the hustle and bustle of American Dream Mall and Jersey Gardens Mall. All in all, we need Livingston Mall to rise and be the escape we all need once in a while

Just goes to show how little Kohan cares about the community...no AC in 92° heat, bathrooms are closed, no grounds crew, no security. Kohan needs out of the mall business this isn't the only property they've let fall apart

Very Sad to see ownership let a mall get to this point. Outside not landscaped and inside oudated. Most stores are gone and looks like a ghost town inside.

The most depressing, empty, and eerie mall I have been to. For a second I thought I wasn't supposed to be there. This place was literally empty, with a majority of the stores closed down. Almost everything was outdated, like it was straight out of the 90s-2000s. My mom said the place was creeping her out because it was so old-school and vaguely familiar, like one of those liminal spaces. I don't think this place should be open to the public.

I don't even know how to rate this mall because it's barely a mall at this point. Hot Topic was closed due to no power. Old Navy was closed due to no air conditioning. There were potholes a foot deep in the parking lot. All escalators were turned off. Both security vehicles were parked and I didn't see any security inside either.

I went only to revisit a place I spent a lot of time at in the 90s and early 2000's, but the place is a shell of its former self.

I rated this "okay" as in, it's okay to go back to visit the mall to say goodbye to it before it ends up closing for good. If you do go, check out this collectibles shop on the first floor - you can't miss it. They have some really cool stuff!

I recently visited a local mall, and it was truly a haunting experience. The atmosphere felt eerie and abandoned, with dim lighting and a strange silence that seemed to hang in the air. The lack of air conditioning made the whole place feel stuffy and uncomfortable, which made it difficult to enjoy my time there. The stores seemed lifeless and many of them were closed down, adding to the overall spooky vibe. I wouldn't recommend this mall to anyone looking for a pleasant shopping experience.

Simon Property group is an established respected company. They have many properties throughout the country/world. However, this property has have had HVAC unresolved issues for quite some time. Way too hot in the mall. Couldn’t wait to leave. ?
