Oh my God this place is desolate. It's like a post-apocalyptic experience somehow with four separate pretzel stands. This place is 50% pretzel stands and 50% everything else. The only things in the food court are a Charlie's cheesesteak place and a pretzel stand. There is also an indoor pickleball court. This is where we are in the 2020s, malls are dying but pickleball is thriving. And pretzel stand.

This was at one time my favorite mall. Most of the stores are gone now. No best buy or sears. Boscovs is still here but not much else. Are we all really better off shopping from home when we lose these institutions?

This place is dying. So many closed storefronts. Boscov's and TJ Maxx are pretty much what's keeping this place going. Even the food court is empty except for the cheese steak place.

Most of the stores in this mall are filled unlike some malls with many vacant stores. The major retailers include Boscov’s, TJ Maxx, Best Buy, and Macy’s. There is a food court with several Asian restaurants, no chain burger joint though. The main restaurant is Ruby Tuesday’s.

The mall has a nice play area for kids with some rides on the side. At Christmas there are visits with Santa. It’s also very well decorated for the holidays. You can tell someone put in a lot of effort to decorate.

Overall, the mall appears cared for with some signs of wear and tear. The elevator shows signs of wear. The bathrooms are ok, not sparkling but definitely cleaned more than once a day. The building is from the 1970’s with architecture fitting the era.

Was a decent mall back in the day. At this point, it just needs to be demolished. Why bother shopping here when you can go to Westfarms?

I really wish this mall would go back to what it was!
This mall used to be packed! I worked in some of these stores for many many years!
Please revitalize it to what it used to be. It's a dying mall hanging by a couple stores at this point at best!
This town needs this mall.

It makes me sad that all the shops are closing at this mall ;( Now the Japanese grill has closed. I wish they would make it more affordable for businesses to open here, but I believe alot has to do with over pressured staff also.
