I somehow started receiving emails about real estate. I followed up on several properties when I was assigned a realtor…hmmm
He never called. Glad they are so busy with interest rates at 6.87 and the like. Too busy for customers. Bad business technique.

They are unreliable. Don't waste your time!
I scheduled a tour with them and yet no one is in the area and ended going home. To stress, I came across the bridge only for that tour yet came home very disappointed.
I just received a phone call today because they wanted to follow up. Very nice sweet kind voice but after I told her I am already doing business with an agent, she just hung up on me. VERY PROFESSIONAL MOVOTO, right?!!!
If you want headache, choose them!

This review will be similar to others and I hope it helps someone else to be cautious of giving out your phone number. This is the shortest version of my experience.
We decided to research companies to see if getting a cash offer for our home was worth it. These people called about 15 seconds after I hit submit. Red flag.
I scheduled an appointment with someone that supposedly works for Steven Cooley Real Estate (Josh Smith). After 5 to 10 outreaches from random people and numbers in less than 48 hours (Red Flag), I decided to cancel that appointment because we weren't desperate to sell. And the person that was supposed to do the appointment wasn't even this Josh Smith guy. Red Flag.
Fast forward almost 2 months and they won't stop calling and texting and emailing me! I've blocked 10 different numbers. I've blocked emails through Gmail. I answered today and said "Stop Calling Me!". RED FLAGS!!!!
Just be cautious people because this screams SCAMMERS.

I found my property listed for sale on Movoto for the price it was sold at in 2005. They have a banner across the top stating “Investment Opportunity.” My home is not for sale, and the value is much higher than what it’s being advertised as. When I called in and spoke with an agent, I was told numerous times they cannot remove listings, only the listing agent can. After trying numerous times to be connected with a supervisor to figure out how to get the listing removed, Sarah, continued stating she was the supervisor and there was nothing she could do for me. After calling back to request a supervisor, I was again told the only way to get the listing removed was through the listing agent, whoever that was. There was a name for an agent that I’d never heard of before, and the customer service rep said I would need to Google the agent’s name in order to get their phone number to have my home, that is not for sale, removed. Bait and switch at its finest.

This company is a complete scam. I keep getting different numbers calling me and when I get someone on the line and tell them to take me off of the list they hang up in my face. The same lady answered when I called back whom by the way had a strong accent (Not from USA) and just hangs up again. Don't trust any company like this. Please be aware and stay away from any company that has this type of customer service
