Tenía expectativas altas de este centro comercial, y si bien no me parece malo y si hay variedad de tiendas, la verdad es que parece que el tiempo se ha quedado parado, se ve antiguo, viejo y un poco descuidado, aunado a lo anterior hay muchos locales cerrados, sin embargo hay buena afluencia de gente y para ir un domingo si no tienes otra cosa que hacer está bien.

The mall itself is decent there are a couple decent shops though expect to spend a lot of money for a single item, my only real problem is this machine In the picture, it's claws are so weak it doesn't actually grab anything the claw simply drops and is pulled up, in other words most of these machines are scam machines don't be fooled by them or let your kids use them, honestly I was tricked because I expected better from my local mall.

I hade a great time with my kids. The maps in the mall were very helpful and the people that works there are great. Very polite and friendly. And my son had a blast with the jumping ride. The lady was really friendly and nice.

I recently visited Orange Park Mall, and it was a great experience! This mall offers a little bit of everything, making it a perfect destination for shopping, dining, and entertainment. The variety of stores is impressive, ranging from popular brands to local boutiques, so whether you're looking for fashion, electronics, or unique gifts, you're bound to find something that catches your eye.

What I love most about Orange Park Mall is how clean and well-maintained it is. The layout is easy to navigate, and even on busy days, it never feels too crowded. There's plenty of parking, and it's convenient to access from different areas of Jacksonville, which is a huge plus.

Beyond shopping, the mall has great dining options, from quick bites at the food court to sit-down restaurants. I personally enjoyed a meal at Sarku Japan and it was delicious. For those looking for more than just shopping, there's entertainment too, like the movie theater, which makes it a fun spot to spend an afternoon or evening with family and friends.

The customer service at the stores and throughout the mall was also top-notch. Everyone I encountered was friendly and helpful, which made the visit even more enjoyable.

If you're in the area and looking for a convenient, well-rounded shopping experience, Orange Park Mall is definitely worth a visit. It's a solid go-to for both locals and visitors alike!

I just want to say that the young guy who works there his name is ( angelito ) is amazing sweet, he provides excellent costumer service very sweet friendly he goes above and beyond to provide a excellent costumer service people like him is what it makes a business successful thank you for being a such a good person ! The girls love the pizza ?

It’s a good mall overall. Lots of different shops, lots of different restaurants to choose from.

The mall is actually nice and clean for the most part. Some of the stores on the other hand, could use some serious cleaning and new carpet (Belk).

Also…. Where are the lines for cars to park on their lot lol. I parked by Belk, a few lines were really faded, very hard to see, but for the rest of that parking lot… “Zero” parking lines were visible lol. I am not from Jacksonville, so I could be wrong, maybe that’s just the way the parking lot was made!

The mall could definitely use some updating, but it is still a good mall to come and hang out, do a little window shopping, eat some food, etc.
