Weirdest mall ever, may as well be abandoned. Only a jewelry store and an Asian restaurant were open. Gave an extra star just because it was still kinda a fun experience to explore, ceiling caving in and all. But don’t come here if you’re thinking this is any normal mall! I’m sure it’s only a matter of time until it shuts down completely.

Guy taking tickets thought I was jumping movie theatres but I was only interested in the only visible women's bathroom. Soured my day. Theatre warm, too. They keep everything clean though but targeting adults who need to use the bathroom while youngsters running everywhere unchecked not a good experience.

Do not I repeat do not go to this mall for any other store than Bath & Body Works! The staff were friendly despite their challenging environment. I could barely breathe in the common areas and the ceilings are caving in with no workers on site for repair.

It's "open"but barely. There are makeshift barriers marking sort of a path through debris. There are trash cans that are catching water and pieces of the actual ceiling. The paths aren't clearly marked and it's easy to end up in a "danger zone". We were chastised like criminals when we found ourselves in the wrong place while looking for the bathrooms. We didn't make it all the way through the mall but the only thing I saw open was a couple food places and a jewelry store. Crazy that the doors are even open. It's run it's course, time to shut it down

It's so sad to see the state of this mall now-a-days. I remember going school shopping in middle school. Hanging with friends at the food court, and going to the movie theater with such fondness. I wish this mall would get renovated and stocked up with shops. Unfortunately online shopping and other options for shopping on the Southside have really done a toll on this once popping mall. It's a ghost town now.

The Mall has been in a state of decline for a decade... the staple stoes were Sears and JC Penny's. The do have some good smaller shops but it is basically a ghost town. I fid buy some new furniture last visit, got a great deal.

The new manager needs to be replaced!

Went yesterday and ALL restaurants have been shut down due to the roof and leaks. Coastal cookies (now First Coast cookies, iykyk) is now on San Juan and Roosevelt (they also sell Boba!). Only thing to go there for now is the School (the old Belk's), Amazon box location, and Dillard's outlet.

It's SO sad to see what it has become compared to the early 90s with McDonald's and Montgomery Ward, Tilt, Penny's, etc.
