Visited the Royal Mail office last week in the morning to post a parcel, but one of my QR codes wouldn’t scan. I tried several times, but it just didn’t work. I returned after work to try again, and unfortunately, it still wasn’t working.

However, Sarah was incredibly helpful during my second visit. She kindly offered to print out my label for me, which made the process so much easier. I really appreciated her assistance and customer service.

Sadly, this level of help wasn’t offered during my morning visit by the gentleman working then, which was disappointing as it caused me to make two trips unnecessarily.

While the issue was resolved in the end, it would be great if all staff were equally proactive in helping customers with such issues.

Got to pick up my package from a nice lady in person, rather than re-booking on the website to collect in 2 days time. Missed the Royal Mail Delivery twice, I don't think they knocked... Anyway, got it in the end!

Awful customer service, I paid for a next day delivery end up waiting 3 days. Went to this post office and the lady checked it in the morning and refused to help me in the afternoon saying the driver hadn’t come back but she never looked it up. I was literally begging her to check it for me, but she was insisting they haven’t got anything without checking!

I would score them zero, if google had a zero rating. They sit in their office abd send you an abnormal delivery message, saying your address or phone number is incomplete, when they did not even name a delivery attempt, and your details are correct. They say this because they have made up an excuse to not deliver your parcel.
The staff are incompetent and not willing to provide service to customers. They are there to serve themselves.

They claim to have attempted a delivery twice when clearly they haven't. I work from home and have security cameras. Nobody has come to my door, my cameras prove that. Seems this delivery office lies to its customers, not acceptable. And when they do deliver they deliver to the wrong house. Being able to read an address clearly isn't part of the training they receive.

The postmen delievered without any notifications, messages, or cards at all. I notice it has been delievered because I tracking my parcel everyday, so I checked around my house but there was nothing. NO parcel, NO safeplace cards.
The postmen lost my parcel with silence.

The staff who has red curly long hair didn't help me at all, even it was their fault they blame the shop, and NO kindness to customer.

If I can give 0 star, I definitely give them 0.

Very narrow opening hours, when I got there they were not present and had to wait 10 min, only to be turned away because I did not have the id of the person who’s name was on the parcel.
