Waved to Santa and he seemed to remember me. I asked about the Barbie I wanted in 1986 and he said I have been on the naughty list since then. He apparently doesn't take cash bribes and I'll never get the doll. Bummer but the mall was cool.

We were very disappointed in the minimal amount of Christmas decorations and Christmas music yesterday evening. The atmosphere certainly didn't put us in the mood to spend money there, so we didn't. Fort Henry Patrick Mall wins this contest, hands down. Try putting some decorations outside to draw the eye, then put a lot more than what you have on the inside this year. Try playing some good Christmas music instead of a guy play guitar next to the Santa stage. P.S. don't feel too bad, Wal-Mart doesn't celebrate Christmas at all, what a shame.

Everyone is always so helpful here. The security guards the janitors and even most of the business employees have been very helpful and friendly to me. Especially when needing any kind of information about how to get to this business or that the best ways to enter or best times to come, those kind of things I have asked for their help with I have been met with very helpful people and pleasant smiles and attitudes.

One of the best malls I have visited in quite a while. It is thriving with lots of retailers and hardly any vacancies.
A number of stores had sales going on, and I was able to get some great buys at Belk.
The traffic around the mall wasn’t too bad, and we were able to park close to a mall entrance. It was a safe place for a family to shop. We’ll be back soon!

It's a mall. However it feels like NYC now. There are dudes running the "check out my new album it's free" scam where they tell you it's free and ask for a donation then pressure you into giving them money. Can't believe they allow this in their mall. They actually do it at a booth right near the food court. I've seen them in there my last 4 visits and it makes me never want to go back.

Really liked this mall while in Johnson City, nice variety of shops and the staff for many of them were really nice. Cool food court too, the selection there is pretty broad too which is great for all tastes/types of food you might be looking for. Found the mall to be very clean, aside from the bathrooms which could’ve used a bit of work. Must thank the security staff, Ron in particular, for helping recover my portable charger when it went missing, huge blessing to have that back! One thing I would like to see is a better design for someone to walk up to the mall - if coming from the neighborhoods behind, you have to do a massive walk around to Mountcastle Drive or N Roan Street just to get in, as opposed to having some back walkway that connects from Sunset Drive. Also no designated sidewalks/walkways over to the Main Street (N Roan Street), so it was really awkward walking across the parking lot over there as you have to either walk on the medians or inside of a driving lane.

The JC Mall is good . They have all the popular stores and etc… definitely go if in the area

It was fun! Except for we tried to get a car buggy for the baby at the one entrance and it would not work. Other then that it was a great experience. The food court had several choices. My kids enjoyed the Jump there as well.
