Comcast store visit... the woman just grabbed my husbands phone and started going through it. She did find the code wasn't going through b/c number was blocked..but to just grab it and go through it. I was livid! To top it off..she didn't test the product. We came home and the product got super hot and sounded like it was going to blow up.. we had to go back and it was over an hour wait. Thankfully the person who checked us in the first time recognized him and just swapped out instead of waiting for hours. That's good for 2 star review.

It was never that great to begin with, but it just feels like there's been no effort at all to revise their business model and adapt to the new reality that overpriced boutique chains died in the 2000s. The few remaining stores are nostalgic throwbacks to the 90s, as though nothing has changed. It feels depressing to walk through the mall.

It used to be pet friendly, but not anymore. It has a couple of good stores but it's a shame I cannot go with my dog for a shopping day

So the whole Let's See Santa experience has to be the worst unprofessional situation I've ever encountered. 1st there is no 1 or 2 photos. Now a minimum of 6 for... wait for it.... $40. Can you imagine just a 5-minute photo with Santa is now $40 bucks? Who has that kind of money for a quick picture?
Ok if it ended there I wouldn't be posting but later we saw "Santa" in a store getting new boots. High-end I imagine after ripping off a whole lot of families. I went to ask about a picture and his Elf buddy said, "I couldn't take a picture of Santa"! He actually moved so he was blocked. Never did Santa look up and say, well it's Christmas come on over for literally 2 minutes, but instead straight up ignored me and my daughter. I have never been so disgusted and disappointed with how much people have turned things that were once filled with love and joy into a money scam with a complete disregard for what Christmas is suppose to stand for. The picture was when he turned his back on me after shutting me down like how dare I ask to see Santa with my daughter by my side.

Diverse place. The Mall of NH has really made some great changes. People are friendly and courteous, Security is very helpful and respectful. Shopping here has become more enjoyable.
