I’ll admit I was hesitant to return to the mall after the terrible incident on Halloween. However I’m so glad I did. The mall management has gone above and beyond to not only increase security but also create a truly festive and comfortable atmosphere! Thank you for creating a space where we can once again feel comfortable and enjoy the holiday season!

I had a great experience at the Vancouver Mall recently. The mall is clean and spacious, with a variety of stores to choose from. I was able to find some great deals on new clothes, shoes, and accessories. The food court has a great selection of food and drinks, and I was able to find something for everyone. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere was pleasant. I would definitely recommend this mall to anyone looking for a great shopping experience.

It is a nice and spacious mall. It is kind of a relatively small mall to other ones I have been to. However, the experience was amazing and pleasant. There are many varieties of stores like Macy’s and JCPenny’s. The staff was friendly and hospitable. I did enjoy the food court and bowling alley area. I highly suggest this mall to everyone

I'm a big fan of Vancouver Mall, particularly their recent initiative to promote locally owned small businesses. One standout new-addition is The French Door (Home & Garden), which recently secured a charming spot inside the mall (nearly tripling its previous space). They now feature an expanded garden section with a stunning array of houseplants, a full silk stem bar, and a variety of international finds. The French Door is the perfect destination to discover unique, one-of-a-kind, and often vintage pieces for your home. From European-inspired art and kitchenware to furniture and beyond, there's something here for everyone. Thank you, Vancouver Mall, for bringing such a diverse collection of small businesses together under one roof!

Elevators of Washington State

I’m a regular at this mall & have seen the downfall of elevator maintenance over the past year. It’s seriously becoming an issue, please do something!! I’m not the only one who isn’t complaining about this.
I am a big advocate for disability access (despite not being disabled myself), thus these issues should be addressed. The main elevator has been down for MONTHS!! The signs on front of the doors claiming a “modernization is in progress” is FALSE according to the recent elevator inspection findings. JCPenney is suffering the same fate, and Macy’s breaks down all the time.

Again, please do something about this!! It’s becoming an issue.
I understand if you guys are doing the best you can behind the scenes, but to the public eye it doesn’t look like much given the circumstances. Not to mention how frequently the mall escalators break down too!
